EPS应急电源的工作原理

EPS应(ying)急(ji)电(dian)源(yuan)采用单体逆变技(ji)术(shu),集充电(dian)器、蓄电(dian)池(chi)、逆变器及控制EPS应(ying)急(ji)电(dian)源(yuan)工作原理于一体。系统内部(bu)(bu)设计了电(dian)池(chi)检测(ce)、分(fen)路(lu)检测(ce)回(hui)路(lu),其他主要部(bu)(bu)件(jian)的工作原理如图所示,智能(neng)化应(ying)急(ji)电(dian)源(yuan),采用后备式(shi)运行方式(shi)。


1、当(dang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常时(shi),由市(shi)(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)经(jing)过互投装置给重要负(fu)载供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同(tong)时(shi)进行市(shi)(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)检(jian)测及蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,然后再由电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)组(zu)向逆变(bian)器(qi)(qi)提(ti)供(gong)直(zhi)流能源(yuan)(yuan)。在(zai)(zai)这里,充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)一(yi)个仅需向蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)组(zu)提(ti)供(gong)相(xiang)当(dang)于10%蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)组(zu)容量(Ah)的(de)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)小功率(lv)直(zhi)流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),它并不具备(bei)直(zhi)接向逆变(bian)器(qi)(qi)提(ti)供(gong)直(zhi)流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)能力。此时(shi),市(shi)(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)经(jing)由EPS的(de)交流旁路(lu)和转换开关(guan)所组(zu)成的(de)供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系统向用(yong)户(hu)(hu)的(de)各种应急负(fu)载供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。与此同(tong)时(shi),在(zai)(zai)EPS的(de)逻辑控制(zhi)板的(de)调控下,逆变(bian)器(qi)(qi)停止工(gong)作处于自动关(guan)机状态(tai)。在(zai)(zai)此条件(jian)下,用(yong)户(hu)(hu)负(fu)载实际使(shi)用(yong)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)是(shi)来自电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)网的(de)市(shi)(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),因此,EPS应急电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)也是(shi)通(tong)常说的(de)一(yi)直(zhi)工(gong)作在(zai)(zai)睡眠状态(tai),可(ke)以有效的(de)达到(dao)节能的(de)效果。

2、当市(shi)电(dian)供(gong)电(dian)中断或市(shi)电(dian)电(dian)压超(chao)限(±15%或±20%额定输入电(dian)压)时(shi),互投装(zhuang)置将立(li)即投切至逆变器供(gong)电(dian),在电(dian)池组所提供(gong)的直流能(neng)源(yuan)的支持(chi)下(xia),此时(shi),用户负载所使用的电(dian)源(yuan)是(shi)(shi)通过EPS的逆变器转换的交流电(dian)源(yuan),而不是(shi)(shi)来(lai)自市(shi)电(dian)。

3、当市(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压恢复正常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo)时(shi),EPS的(de)控制中心发(fa)出信号对逆(ni)变(bian)器执行自(zi)动关(guan)机操作(zuo)(zuo),同时(shi)还(hai)通(tong)过(guo)它的(de)转(zhuan)换开(kai)关(guan)执行从(cong)逆(ni)变(bian)器供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)向交流旁路供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)切(qie)换操作(zuo)(zuo)。此后(hou),EPS在(zai)经(jing)交流旁路供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)通(tong)路向负载提(ti)供(gong)市(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)同时(shi),还(hai)通(tong)过(guo)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)器向电(dian)(dian)(dian)池组充电(dian)(dian)(dian)。

4、除用(yong)于应(ying)急(ji)(ji)照明系统(tong)外,其(qi)(qi)中三相智能化变(bian)(bian)频应(ying)急(ji)(ji)电(dian)源(yuan)主(zhu)要是为(wei)一级(ji)负荷中的(de)电(dian)动机(ji)提供一种可变(bian)(bian)频的(de)应(ying)急(ji)(ji)电(dian)源(yuan)系统(tong),该产(chan)品方便解决了电(dian)动机(ji)的(de)应(ying)急(ji)(ji)供电(dian)及其(qi)(qi)启动过程中对供电(dian)设备的(de)冲击影响。智能化应(ying)急(ji)(ji)电(dian)源(yuan)可接(jie)受消(xiao)防(fang)联动信(xin)号、建筑智能总线信(xin)号控制(zhi),并可设定优(you)先级(ji),防(fang)止(zhi)越级(ji)控制(zhi)。
